DNAJC13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAJC13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,944 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAJC13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDV3, DBR1, and FXR1. Each is linked with DNAJC13 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAJC13-to-partner and partner-to-DNAJC13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DNAJC13 versus CDV3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAJC13→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAJC13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
