DNAJC13

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAJC13 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,694 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAJC13-associated genes across cancer lineages are OSCAR, RAB7A, and AQP9. Each is linked with DNAJC13 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAJC13-to-partner and partner-to-DNAJC13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DNAJC13 versus OSCAR in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAJC13→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAJC13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
