DNAJC13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DNAJC13 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 5,248 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAJC13-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP31, UBR5, and TECTA. Each is linked with DNAJC13 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAJC13-to-partner and partner-to-DNAJC13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USP31 grouped by DNAJC13-low versus DNAJC13-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAJC13→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAJC13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
