Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DNAJC11 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DNAJC11 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher DNAJC11 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DNAJC11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and BLCA show a favorable association.

UCEC, HNSC, and SKCM are the cancer types where DNAJC11 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
