Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DNAJC11 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DNAJC11 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), where higher DNAJC11 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DNAJC11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM show a favorable association.

PDAC, LUAD, and HNSC are the cancer types where DNAJC11 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
