DNAJC11

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAJC11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,093 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAJC11-associated genes across cancer lineages are GIMAP8, CD93, and AKAP12. Each is linked with DNAJC11 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAJC11-to-partner and partner-to-DNAJC11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DNAJC11 versus GIMAP8 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.50.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAJC11→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAJC11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
