Across TCGA cell cohorts, DNAJC11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,426 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAJC11-associated genes across cancer lineages are MFN2, PANK4, and ATAD3B. Each is linked with DNAJC11 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAJC11-to-partner and partner-to-DNAJC11 results are reported.
