Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAJB8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,946 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DNAJB8-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR615, SLC20A1P3, and TRAJ50. Each is linked with DNAJB8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAJB8-to-partner and partner-to-DNAJB8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR615 grouped by DNAJB8-low versus DNAJB8-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAJB8→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAJB8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
