DNAJB5

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAJB5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,639 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAJB5-associated genes across cancer lineages are GREM1, MYL9, and ACTA2. Each is linked with DNAJB5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAJB5-to-partner and partner-to-DNAJB5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DNAJB5 versus GREM1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAJB5→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAJB5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
