Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, DNAJB5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DNAJB5-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2M5, TMEM244, and CD300H. Each is linked with DNAJB5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAJB5-to-partner and partner-to-DNAJB5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2M5 grouped by DNAJB5-low versus DNAJB5-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAJB5→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAJB5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
