DNAJB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAJB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 415 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAJB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAMEF13, MIR6515, and HMGB3P18. Each is linked with DNAJB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAJB2-to-partner and partner-to-DNAJB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRAMEF13 grouped by DNAJB2-low versus DNAJB2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAJB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAJB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
