DNAJB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAJB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,621 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAJB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIMM9P3, RNU4-58P, and TRAJ11. Each is linked with DNAJB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAJB1-to-partner and partner-to-DNAJB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TIMM9P3 grouped by DNAJB1-low versus DNAJB1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAJB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAJB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
