DNAJA4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAJA4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,397 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAJA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are KNOP1P4, RN7SL314P, and LINC01689. Each is linked with DNAJA4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAJA4-to-partner and partner-to-DNAJA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KNOP1P4 grouped by DNAJA4-low versus DNAJA4-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAJA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAJA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
