DNAJA4

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAJA4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAJA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, c-Met_pY1235, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with DNAJA4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAJA4-to-partner and partner-to-DNAJA4 results are reported.
