DNAJA4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DNAJA4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAJA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZAN, SPIC, and BTNL2. Each is linked with DNAJA4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAJA4-to-partner and partner-to-DNAJA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZAN grouped by DNAJA4-low versus DNAJA4-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAJA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAJA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
