DNAJA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DNAJA3 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,520 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAJA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SGK1, TDO2, and GABRB2. Each is linked with DNAJA3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAJA3-to-partner and partner-to-DNAJA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SGK1 grouped by DNAJA3-low versus DNAJA3-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAJA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAJA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
