DNAJA1P5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAJA1P5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,595 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAJA1P5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GNL1, ABITRAM, and MARK1. Each is linked with DNAJA1P5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAJA1P5-to-partner and partner-to-DNAJA1P5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DNAJA1P5 versus GNL1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAJA1P5→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAJA1P5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
