DNAJA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAJA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 79 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAJA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-939P, MIR8082, and RNU6-424P. Each is linked with DNAJA1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAJA1-to-partner and partner-to-DNAJA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-939P grouped by DNAJA1-low versus DNAJA1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAJA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAJA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
