DNAI4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAI4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,273 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAI4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BBS2, BBS7, and DDX21. Each is linked with DNAI4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAI4-to-partner and partner-to-DNAI4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DNAI4 versus BBS2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAI4→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAI4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
