Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAI4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,803 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DNAI4-associated genes across cancer lineages are C6orf118, BPIFB1, and SCGB1A1. Each is linked with DNAI4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAI4-to-partner and partner-to-DNAI4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DNAI4 versus C6orf118 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAI4→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAI4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
