DNAI4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DNAI4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,566 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAI4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC191, PPIL6, and LCA5L. Each is linked with DNAI4 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAI4-to-partner and partner-to-DNAI4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DNAI4 versus CCDC191 in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAI4→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAI4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
