DNAI2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAI2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,118 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAI2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRR29, KIF19, and CFAP57. Each is linked with DNAI2 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAI2-to-partner and partner-to-DNAI2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DNAI2 versus PRR29 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAI2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAI2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
