DNAI1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAI1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,871 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RIBC1, DRC3, and PIFO. Each is linked with DNAI1 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAI1-to-partner and partner-to-DNAI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DNAI1 versus RIBC1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.87.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
