DNAI1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAI1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,718 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAI1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IFT140, IFT46, and IFT74. Each is linked with DNAI1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAI1-to-partner and partner-to-DNAI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DNAI1 versus IFT140 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
