Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAI1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,153 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DNAI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPEF1, ADNP2, and GUCY2F. Each is linked with DNAI1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAI1-to-partner and partner-to-DNAI1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DNAI1 versus SPEF1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
