Across TCGA cell cohorts, DNAI1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,632 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAI1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transport along microtubule, Sperm motility, and Regulation of macroautophagy. Each is linked with DNAI1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAI1-to-partner and partner-to-DNAI1 results are reported.
