DNAH5

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAH5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,677 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAH5-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIAA2012, DNAH12, and KCNG3. Each is linked with DNAH5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAH5-to-partner and partner-to-DNAH5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DNAH5 versus KIAA2012 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAH5→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAH5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
