DNAH3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAH3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,792 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAH3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASF1B, CEP55, and SKA1. Each is linked with DNAH3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAH3-to-partner and partner-to-DNAH3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASF1B grouped by DNAH3-low versus DNAH3-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAH3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAH3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
