Across TCGA cell cohorts, DNAH3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,653 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAH3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of protein localization to nucleus, Adenylate cyclase-modulating G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway, and Regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with DNAH3 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAH3-to-partner and partner-to-DNAH3 results are reported.
