DNAH3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DNAH3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,837 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAH3-associated genes across cancer lineages are NR3C2, CENPS, and DDX3X. Each is linked with DNAH3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAH3-to-partner and partner-to-DNAH3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NR3C2 grouped by DNAH3-low versus DNAH3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAH3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAH3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
