DNAH12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAH12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,649 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAH12-associated genes across cancer lineages are JKAMP, RNU1-6P, and RPL17-C18orf32. Each is linked with DNAH12 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAH12-to-partner and partner-to-DNAH12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JKAMP grouped by DNAH12-low versus DNAH12-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAH12→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAH12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
