Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DNAH11 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DNAH11 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher DNAH11 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DNAH11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and UCEC show a favorable association.
ACC, BLCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where DNAH11 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
