Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DNAH1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DNAH1 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher DNAH1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DNAH1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC and UCEC show a favorable association.

KIRP, THYM, and BRCA are the cancer types where DNAH1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
