DNAAF4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAAF4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAAF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, 14-3-3_beta, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with DNAAF4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAAF4-to-partner and partner-to-DNAAF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by DNAAF4-low versus DNAAF4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAAF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAAF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
