Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAAF4-CCPG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,668 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAAF4-CCPG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53BP1, KIF27, and KIAA1109. Each is linked with DNAAF4-CCPG1 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAAF4-CCPG1-to-partner and partner-to-DNAAF4-CCPG1 results are reported.
