Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DNAAF4-CCPG1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated DNAAF4-CCPG1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher DNAAF4-CCPG1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DNAAF4-CCPG1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ACC and LUAD show a favorable association.

READ, MESO, and CHOL are the cancer types where DNAAF4-CCPG1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
