Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DNAAF3 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DNAAF3 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC), where higher DNAAF3 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DNAAF3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LSCC and LUAD are the cancer types where DNAAF3 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
