DNAAF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAAF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,699 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAAF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LGALS16, MIR6075, and LINC02205. Each is linked with DNAAF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAAF1-to-partner and partner-to-DNAAF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LGALS16 grouped by DNAAF1-low versus DNAAF1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAAF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAAF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
