DMXL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DMXL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,662 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DMXL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPP30, SYCE2, and KIF9-AS1. Each is linked with DMXL1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMXL1-to-partner and partner-to-DMXL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPP30 grouped by DMXL1-low versus DMXL1-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DMXL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DMXL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
