DMWD

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DMWD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,159 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DMWD-associated genes across cancer lineages are PABPC5-AS1, TRHDE, and NMUR2. Each is linked with DMWD in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMWD-to-partner and partner-to-DMWD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DMWD→partner) and Y-score (partner→DMWD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
