RNU5B-4P

associated omics data
RNA, U5B small nuclear 4, pseudogeneGenealiases: []

Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU5B-4P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU5B-4P expression is associated with patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRP. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU5B-4P is differentially expressed in 14, with the highest sampling consensus in LUAD. Additionally, RNU5B-4P RNA expression shows 9,914 significant protein co-abundance associations, with the highest sampling consensus in CCRCC. Together, these results highlight KIRP, LUAD, and CCRCC as cancer lineages where RNU5B-4P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Every result is evaluated using two consensus scores. Sampling consensus measures how consistently a finding is reproduced within a cancer lineage across different conditions. Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.

Survival associations

This table summarizes RNU5B-4P survival associations across molecular data types. RNU5B-4P RNA expression shows survival associations in the most cancer types (20). The rightmost column indicates the cancer type with the highest sampling consensus for each molecular layer.

This table ranks reproducible RNU5B-4P RNA expression–survival associations across cancer types. High RNU5B-4P expression shows unfavorable associations in KIRP, MESO, READ and UCS, but favorable associations in LIHC and KIRC. The KIRP Kaplan–Meier curve shows clear separation, with the high-expression group declining faster, consistent with the unfavorable association (log-rank p < 0.001). Together, the overview and detailed table identify KIRP as the clearest survival context for RNU5B-4P RNA expression.

This table ranks reproducible tumor–normal expression differences for RNU5B-4P. A negative fold-change indicates higher expression in normal tissue than in tumor tissue. RNU5B-4P shows lower tumor expression in LUAD, KIRP, LUSC, KICH and UCEC and higher tumor expression in KIRC. The LUAD box plot shows higher RNU5B-4P RNA expression in normal versus tumor tissue (log2 FC = −1.822, t-test p < 0.001).
