DMRTB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DMRTB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DMRTB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GP9, KRTAP9-8, and SLC51B. Each is linked with DMRTB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMRTB1-to-partner and partner-to-DMRTB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GP9 grouped by DMRTB1-low versus DMRTB1-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DMRTB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DMRTB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
