DMRT3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DMRT3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,974 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DMRT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are DMRT1, DMRT2, and OLIG1. Each is linked with DMRT3 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMRT3-to-partner and partner-to-DMRT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DMRT3 versus DMRT1 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DMRT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DMRT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
