DMRT2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DMRT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,709 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DMRT2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DENND2B, ARHGAP31, and IGHV6-1. Each is linked with DMRT2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMRT2-to-partner and partner-to-DMRT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DMRT2 versus DENND2B in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.21.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DMRT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DMRT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
