Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DMRT2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 698 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DMRT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRPRB, CHORDC1, and NCBP2. Each is linked with DMRT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMRT2-to-partner and partner-to-DMRT2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DMRT2 versus SRPRB in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DMRT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DMRT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
