DMRT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DMRT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,305 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DMRT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP413, RNU1-42P, and RN7SL472P. Each is linked with DMRT2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMRT2-to-partner and partner-to-DMRT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP413 grouped by DMRT2-low versus DMRT2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DMRT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DMRT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
