DMRT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DMRT2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DMRT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4G, GAPDH, and Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40. Each is linked with DMRT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMRT2-to-partner and partner-to-DMRT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4G grouped by DMRT2-low versus DMRT2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DMRT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DMRT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
