DMPK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DMPK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DMPK-associated genes across cancer lineages are BMP5, MYMK, and FOXR2. Each is linked with DMPK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMPK-to-partner and partner-to-DMPK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BMP5 grouped by DMPK-low versus DMPK-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DMPK→partner) and Y-score (partner→DMPK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
