DMP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DMP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,614 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DMP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR5787, MAST4-IT1, and MIR8063. Each is linked with DMP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMP1-to-partner and partner-to-DMP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR5787 grouped by DMP1-low versus DMP1-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DMP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DMP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
