DMP1

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DMP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DMP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, PDCD4, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with DMP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMP1-to-partner and partner-to-DMP1 results are reported.
